Besides the books reviewed on page 23 there are some other titles for New Year study. “The Ford 10 Tuning Manual” (80 pp., 10 in. by 8 in.), by D. H. Harris and J. Dowdeswell, is published by the latter, at 7s. 6d. “Rallies, Trials and Gymkhanas,” reviewed in Motor Sport for September 1956, is now available from Chapman & Hall, Ltd., 37, Essex Street, W.C.2, price 25s. The Library Association, Chaucer House, Malet Place, W.C.1, issues a Special Subject List (No. 22) devoted to vintage cars, at 2s. 6d.

To celebrate 60 years of safety, Ferodo Ltd. have issued a pleasing book, “The Ferodo Story,” describing their rise from humble beginnings in 1897 to the present eminent place as brake and clutch lining manufacturers. Produced in luxury style and nicely-illustrated, this book (60 pp., 10 in. by 7 in.) should be obtainable free by those with sufficient energy and postage stamps to send their business cards to Ferodo Ltd., Chapel-en-le-Frith, asking for it and referring to Motor Sport.
