Guards Trophy revived

The Historic Sports Car Club has brought the famous ‘Guards Trophy’ name back into the sport for its renamed 1960s GT and sports-racing car series. 

The former Classic Sports Car Championship will now be known as the Guards Trophy, and includes a pre-69 2-litre class. A three-hour race at Snetterton in June will recreate the famous Autosport 3-Hour race.
