Since writing the report which appears on page 602 we have received the official results of the Brighton Speed Trials. It appears that these have been suitably adjusted in some eases so that the extra runs to which we referred do not affect the issue; for example. M. Potter-Moore, originally shown as second in the class for supercharged sports cars up to 2,000 c.c., now drops to third place as his afternoon run does not count. On the other hand, if Rob Walker’s first run on which he spun round is counted his next run in 24.6 see. would make him second to Wharton, not first, in that class. ‘The results are :
