In 2025, the annual Monterey Car Week returns to deliver a one-of-a-kind celebration of automotive excellence on the Monterey Peninsula, blending massive auctions, iconic classic car displays, historic races, and exclusive events.
The week started with the Monterey Car Week Kickoff on Alvarado Street in Monterey, featuring historic race cars and driver meet-and-greets.
The Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion follows mid-week at Laguna Seca from 13-17 August, spotlighting historic race cars, including a special 75th anniversary gathering of Formula 1 cars and a return of the International Race of Champions cars after two decades.
The festival includes the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance finale as well as unique community gatherings.

Car Week highlights also include exclusive shows like The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering on August 15, a collectors’ event with rare cars and Michelin-starred cuisine; the Automobilia Collectors Expo presenting over 25 premier dealers alongside the inaugural Automobilia Collectors Auction; and the Prancing Ponies Women’s Car Show featuring women-owned exotic and classic cars.
Additional experiences in 2025 feature Bentley’s public debut of the EXP 15 design vision concept and a special appearance by the iconic 1930 Bentley Speed Six “Blue Train” coupe.

Bonhams holds its prestigious Quail Lodge Auction alongside The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, offering hypercars, American performance icons, and unique collections such as the Future Classics Collection.
Mecum Auctions, the world’s largest collector car auction company, presents a massive sale of 600 consignments at the Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa.
