The Goodwood Festival of Speed, Members’ Meeting and Revival dates have been released ahead of next year
Goodwood has revealed dates for each of its 2020 Festival of Speed, 78th Members’ Meeting and Revival events.
The trio of motoring celebrations are staples in the motor sport calendar, with the Members’ Meeting opening the year at Goodwood and the Revival retaining its traditional curtain-closing spot.
Goodwood 78th Members’ Meeting
Goodwood’s 78th Members’ Meeting will kick-off the year on March 28 and 29.
Two days of racing and demonstrations will bring together historic racing cars from multiple eras.
Tickets for the meet are already on sale to GRRC members and members of the GRRC Foundation.
Festival of Speed
A summer celebration of motor racing and automotive achievement, the Goodwood Festival of Speed is one of the headline dates in any enthusiast’s calendar.
The 2020 Festival of Speed will take place over four days from July 9 to 12, with a theme set to be announced in due course.
A celebration of Michael Schumacher’s Formula 1 career was 2019’s theme, with cars and rivals from the seven-time champion’s career brought together for the event and brand new paddock and stage areas adding to the summer experience.
2020 Goodwood Revival
The ever-popular Goodwood Revival will return in 2020 across the weekend of September 11 to 13, retaining its traditional spot on the second weekend of the month.
The Revival continues to serve as the final Goodwood event of the year, bringing to a close a summer of motor racing action.
The historic racing celebration served up a Beetles celebration in a 1960s-themed event in 2019 including a fashion show and best-dressed award.
Tickets for the Festival of Speed and Revival are set to go on sale on Monday, November 4 to the general public. Goodwood Revival Racing Club members will be able to purchase their tickets from Saturday, October 26.
Members’ Meeting tickets are already on sale to GRRC members.
