After Lewis Hamilton announced his helment design for this year we started naming the best helmets to have graced a Formula 1 grid. The office delayed completing the April edition while we named the likes of Chris Amon, Emerson Fittipaldi and James Hunt.
Here’s our pick – any more to add? Interestingly the majority seem to centre around a theme of block colours (blue, red or white) and a lack of advertising…
