Jean-Pierre Beltoise, winner of the 1972 Monaco Grand Prix for BRM, has died aged 77. Our thoughts are with his family and friends.
Beltoise was an accomplished racer on two and four wheels, his career in the latter disipline hampered by arm injuries suffered in 1963. Had he been fully fit, many believe he would have been up there with the very best.
