1) Lewis Hamilton‘s Monaco win, his second on the streets of the Principality, takes his tally to 44 – his current race number.
2) Hamilton joins Nico Rosberg (three) and Fernando Alonso (two) as the grid’s multiple Monaco Grands Prix winners. Hamilton’s eight-year gap between his two Monaco wins is the longest.
3) He also becomes the fifth Briton to win the Monaco Grand Prix more than once, along with Graham Hill (five), Sir Stirling Moss and Sir Jackie Stewart (three), and David Coulthard (two).
4) A Mercedes has won each of the past four Monaco Grands Prix, a run that began when Nico Rosberg ended Red Bull Racing’s three-race win streak.
5) Felipe Massa is the only driver to score points in every race in 2016, as Willams team-mate Valtteri Bottas finished 12th. The Finn is yet to score at Monaco, and is yet to qualify inside the top 10.
6) Nico Hulkenberg made his 100th start, and is yet to finish on the podium. His best is fourth (Belgium 2012, Korea 2013).
7) Williams continued its 100% record for the fastest pit-stop: 2.43s
8) Daniel Ricciardo’s wait for pole is the fifth-longest in Formula 1 history. Only Mark Webber (132), Jarno Trulli (119), Thierry Boutsen (116) and Nico Rosberg (111) took longer. It was the first Red Bull pole since Brazil 2013.
9) Nico Rosberg has started every race since Japan 2015 from the front row.
10) There has been a safety car period in every Monaco Grand Prix this decade.
