Three-time MotoGP champion Jorge Lorenzo swapped his Yamaha for a Mercedes at Silverstone in October, getting behind the wheel of a Mercedes W05 to realise one of his childhood dreams.
Tackling the International circuit, which cuts across from the Loop to Becketts, he chipped his time down to a respectable 50.5 seconds.
