2023 Le Mans 24 Hours full entry list

World renowned, the 2023 Le Mans 24 Hours celebrates the race’s 100th anniversary with a field of 62 cars and 186 drivers in tow – all vying for victory in their respective categories.

The front of the pack will be dominated by 16 Hypercars, the largest top class at La Sarthe since 2011. Toyota are perhaps the undeniable favourites, having won the last five Le Mans as well as the first three races of this year’s World Endurance Championship (WEC). But there will be challengers. Ferrari and Porsche have had podium visits so far this season, not to mention incredible history and success at the Circuit de La Sarthe.

Further back, the LMP2 and LMGTE classes are filled with high profile names and has a history of providing wheel-to-wheel action during Le Man’s journey twice around the clock. United Autosports team-mates Frederick Lubin and Philip Hanson hold top spot in the LMP2 series, followed closely by Louis Deletraz and Robert Kubica, whilst Corvette Racing arrive at Le Mans with a 39-point advantage in the GTE-AM constructors’ standings.

All GT drivers are split into Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum categories based on their motor racing experience and achievement, being spread equally throughout the field, meaning there is plenty of a high quality action to look out for through the grid.

The field will also feature an ‘innovative’ car as part of the Garage 56 initiative, allowing one entry to be outside the usual rules set using technology new to Le Mans. In celebration of NASCAR’s 70th anniversary, this will be a Next Gen Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 – the latest machine in stock cars top Cup series – driven by Jimmie Johnson, Mike Rockenfeller and Jenson Button.
