Rebellion reveals Oreca R13 LMP1 racer
Swiss World Endurance Championship contender Rebellion has revealed its Oreca-built LMP1 racer, the R13 as it steps up from a 2017 LMP2 title win.
The pair of R13s will be driven by André Lotterer, Neel Jani and Bruno Senna in car no 1 and Matthias Beche, Gustavo Menezes and Thomas Laurent in car no 3. The car was revealed on the Tuesday of the Geneva Motor Show, though onlookers had to settle for renders rather than the complete R13, as it’s still being built by French manufacturer Oreca.
Livery-wise, the R13 seems to have taken cues from the Audi R18. Whether it goes like one we’ll find out next month…
