Bucharest-Bulevardul Aviatorilor

Limited fields entered the first international races to be held in central Bucharest during the late 1930s. Hans Ruesch, a competent journeyman at best, defeated local driver Jean Calcianu by nearly a quarter of an hour in the 1937 race. Hans Stuck’s Auto Union C-typ won in 1939 on the same day as the Belgian Grand Prix.
