The Circuito de Navarra was built by the local government and opened in June 2010. It held a round of the FIA GT Championship during the first two years although high profile events have recently been restricted to the World Superbike Championship. It was acquired by Jonathan Palmer’s MotorSport Vision on 1 November 2022, with an extended new layout completed within two years.
