Originally opened in 1980, the permanent circuit in the San Isidro neighbourhood of the city of Posadas was renovated in 2007 with an eastern loop extending the lap distance to 2.

Originally opened in 1980, the permanent circuit in the San Isidro neighbourhood of the city of Posadas was renovated in 2007 with an eastern loop extending the lap distance to 2.715 miles. The undulating facility has since held the Rosamonte Highway Tourism Grand Prix as a round of the Carretera Turismo championship.
