Titusville

The runways of Florida's Titusville-Cocoa Airport were used to stage a round of NASCAR's top division on one occasion on December 30 1956. Fireball Roberts led a 1-2-3-4 for Pete DePaolo’s works Ford team that day. A 2.7-mile version was used for another road race on July 20 1958. Motor racing did not return to what is now known as Space Coast Regional Airport.
