FERODO APPOINTMENT We are very glad to know that Mr. W. P. Howard succeeds Mr. Harvey as Publicity Manager of Ferodo, Limited. Mr. Howard, who is 33, was educated at the City of London School and Exeter College, Oxford, and has been with Bakelite, Ltd.. and General Electric Co., Ltd.. etc.
