Racing History

The fourth of five. This time we look at the Ford RS200.

If you haven’t heard where these images come from yet they are the product of a Spanish trip by Richard Heseltine and photographer Lyndon McNeill. There they met 1980s Spanish hillclimb champion Teo Martin and selected some of his car collection – the Group B cars – to photograph. Also under Martin’s ownership are circuit and touring racers (the final total comes in at 80!). For now, though, here’s the RS200. We have previously featured an Audi S1a Lancia Delta S4 and an MG Metro 6R4.

There’s a full Group B celebration in the current magazine in honour of the 30th anniversary of the era’s demise.
