Bahrain is set to be a tense F1 scrap again

With just one point separating Lando Norris and Max Verstappen in a tight battle for the 2025 F1 crown, the world championship now travels to Bahrain for the fourth race of the season.
It’s track which has grown increasingly competitive through the years, with famous battles between Hamilton, Verstappen and Rosberg, a shock win from Sergio Perez and Romain Grosjean’s horrific fiery crash in 2020 all forming part of the race’s eventful history.
We should be set for more intense action in Bahrain 2025, and first night race of the year will have a more friendly schedule for UK viewers, who will be able to watch the race live on Sky from 4pm on Sunday.
Every session will be live on Sky Sports F1, which is also available through Now TV. Channel 4 will also have three highlights shows, wrapping up all of the competitive action.

Each on-track session will be shown live on Sky Sports F1 starting at 12pm ahead of Free Practice 1 on Friday. Along with watching the main show on television or computer, subscribers can download the Sky Sports App on their mobile streaming device and simultaneously view onboard footage from any driver of their choice. In addition to this, there’s the option of a ‘Battle Channel’, showing the most thrilling battles for position, as well as various race control streams, including multi-screen views and timing.

Sky Sports F1 subscribers in the UK can watch all the live action on the Sky Go app. Those who pay for Now TV can also view live coverage of each session via Sky Sports F1, as well as the choice of 20 onboard views. Live timings can be seen through the F1 app.
Highlights
Channel 4 will broadcast highlights of the weekend with a Saturday afternoon programme featuring qualifying, while the best bits of Sunday’s Grand Prix will be broadcast at 1pm.
