2026 Le Mans 24 Hours full entry list

The entry list for the 94th 24 Hours of Le Mans is now official, with 62 cars and 186 drivers set to take the start at the Circuit de la Sarthe on the night of 13-14 June 2026.

Ferrari arrives as the dominant force, having won the last three editions of the race — in 2023, 2024 and 2025 — all with the 499P.

No manufacturer has won four consecutive Le Mans since Ferrari itself won six in a row between 1960 and 1965, making this year’s race a potential piece of history for the Scuderia.

The most notable absentee at the top level is Porsche. The German manufacturer withdrew from the FIA World Endurance Championship entirely at the end of 2025.

Porsche does still appear in the LMGT3 class through privateer outfits Manthey DK Engineering and The Bend Manthey.

This year is also expected to be Alpine‘s farewell as a factory Hypercar contender as the French manufacturer winds up its WEC programme.

This year’s race marks a major step up for Genesis, which contested Le Mans in 2025 in the LMP2 class as part of its preparation programme.

Now it arrives as a fully-fledged Hypercar manufacturer, entering two GMR-001 prototypes under the Genesis Magma Racing banner, making them the first Korean brand to compete at the top level of endurance racing.

Across the full entry, the LMP2 class grows to 19 cars – all running Oreca 07-Gibson machinery – while LMGT3 expands to 25 entries representing eight manufacturers.

Hypercar (18 entries)

The pinnacle of Le Mans competition, the Hypercar class features 18 prototype machines from seven manufacturers.

This year’s field welcomes Genesis as the first Korean brand to contest the class, while defending champion Ferrari returns with three cars.

LMP2 (19 entries)

The LMP2 class fields 19 identically-engined Oreca 07-Gibson prototypes, making driver and team skill the defining factor.

The category is split between outright P2 entries and the Pro-Am sub-category (marked PA), where at least one driver per crew must hold a Bronze or Silver FIA rating.

LMGT3 (25 entries)

Introduced in 2024 to replace GTE, LMGT3 is the most accessible class at Le Mans and the one with the largest field – 25 cars representing eight manufacturers this year.

Running production-based GT3 machinery, it features a mix of professional and gentleman drivers, with each crew required to include at least one Bronze-rated driver.
