Max Verstappen‘s GT3 debut at the Nürburgring Nordschleife was nothing short of spectacular.
Competing in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie (NLS) alongside team-mate Chris Lulham, the four-time F1 world champion showcased his exceptional skill and adaptability.
Starting from third on the grid, the Dutchman moved into the lead at the start and maintained a commanding position throughout the 28-lap, four-hour race.
Driving the Ferrari 296 GT3 entered by Emil Frey Racing, Verstappen and Lulham secured victory with a margin of over 24 seconds.
One of the standout moments of the race was Verstappen’s fastest lap, recorded at 7min51.514sec. During his fastest lap, the Red Bull driver lapped seven cars.
Verstappen’s quickest lap was over eight seconds faster than the car in second place around the 12.9-mile (20.8-km) circuit.
