Italian Grand Prix racer Bruno Giacomelli will be the star guest at Race Retro from March 12-14, as the event celebrates the Alfa Romeo marque. Giacomelli (left), who started 69 Grands Prix between 1977-83, joined Alfa Romeo for its Formula 1 return in 1979. A dedicated hall will feature a number of Alfa Romeos, while the Stoneleigh Park event will take in many leading organisers, preparers and suppliers from the world of historic motor sport.
Outside, the Live Rally Stage (above) has been redesigned to run closer to the exhibition halls and will include a celebration of the Audi Quattro, as well as historic karting demonstrations.
On two wheels, Race Retro will celebrate 60 years of Norton and riders such as Phil Read and Trevor Nation will be on hand. The H&H Classic and Historic Motorsport Auction will be held on the Saturday.
Motor Sport will also be at the show, as a media partner of the event. Visitors are invited to come and see us on our stand.
