The latest Corgi miniatures consist of a very fine Midland Red Birmingham-London Motorway Express coach, with windows, steering wheel, seats and toilet compartment, etc., its chassis features realistically depicted (No. 1120 in the Corgi Major series), and a silver-finished Mercedes-Benz 300SL roadster with red hood and racing number (No. 3045 in the Corgi Toys series). Both these models have sprung wheels. Meccano Ltd. have added a further attraction to their latest Dinky motor miniature, in the form of a detailed instrument panel. This model is a Bentley S2 coupe with folded hood, finished in an elegant shade of grey, with maroon upholstery, a stone-coloured hood and plated radiator, bumper and lamps. It is No. 194, measures 4 in, in length, is occupied by a driver in a dark grey suit and costs 6s. 3d. The wheels are sprung.—W. B.
